Attention all Village of Dolton residents: Mayor Rogers has issued executive orders suspending all water shut offs in the Village of Dolton effective today March 14, 2020 until March 31, 2020.
Mayor Rogers and the Village Administration encourage all residents to wash their hands more frequently and follow CDC guidelines to help protect themselves against Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Is Melanie’s gym still operating? When I called, the answer I received was unclear. The young lady just stated that they were open until further notice.

If you have social media please follow us there as well. Here is a brief overview of our Coronavirus Disease implementations. Please also review the Mayor’s Community Briefing video that was released last week on Youtube and on our webpage.
We are following all guidelines and instructions from the CDC, the federal government, and state government. We are urging and communicating instructions with residents consistent with protocols recommended by the Cook County Department of Public Health. Their recommendations are applicable for the Village of Dolton and surrounding neighborhoods. We partnered with Thornridge High School to provide meals for residents. Mayor Rogers issued an executive order to suspend water shutoffs. The Village implemented well-being checks for seniors. The fire and police departments are taking safety precautions to protect themselves and residents.
