Firefighter
The Dolton Fire Department consists of competent and valued professionals who are dedicated to providing life safety, emergency services, and educational programs for the protection of life and property within the community.
Dolton Police Officer:
Under general supervision, performs basic police patrol duties, traffic control and enforcement,
preliminary investigations into criminal and non-criminal activity and related functions involving
the safety and protection of life and property. The officer also promotes crime prevention,
apprehends criminals, completes written reports, enforces local ordinances, State and Federal

Director of Human Resource
The Director of Human Resources serves as the chief administrative officer for HR, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight in all facets of the department—including recruitment, classification, compensation, benefits, compliance, employee relations, training, and performance management. Ensures alignment with local ordinances, state personnel regulations, and Village-wide goals.
