Dolton Police Officer:

Under general supervision, performs basic police patrol duties, traffic control and enforcement,
preliminary investigations into criminal and non-criminal activity and related functions involving
the safety and protection of life and property. The officer also promotes crime prevention,
apprehends criminals, completes written reports, enforces local ordinances, State and Federal

VILLAGE OF DOLTON

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

 

The Village of Dolton invites Statements of Qualifications from Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) pre-qualified engineering firms to assist the Village in completing professional engineering services for : Phase I – Preliminary Engineering, Phase II – Design Engineering and Phase III – Construction Engineering, for the Cottage Grove Avenue Resurfacing Project from Lincoln Avenue to 138th Street. The Cottage Grove Avenue Resurfacing Project is being federally funded with STP funds through the South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association. Therefore, this consultant selection will be in accordance with the Qualification Based Selection (QBS) guidelines in the Brooks Act (40 USC 11) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements for Procurement, Management, and Administration of Engineering and Design Related Services (23 CFR 172). Consultant interviews will not be conducted. Consultants will be evaluated in the following areas:

1. Firm’s Experience.

2. Team’s Experience and Qualifications, including Subconsultants.

3. Key Personnel Expertise/Past Performance, including Subconsultants.

4. Technical Approach to Project and

5. Local Presence.

Two (2) paper copies and one (1) electronic copy of the responding firm’s Statement of Qualification are to be submitted no later than 3:00 PM on March 23, 2026.
